Need A VA has cherry picked talented staff to grow our company and we take pride in the fact that all staff are tested to meet our criteria ensuring that our clients are thrilled with the services provided.
We are a service orientated company and we are not happy unless you are. I know that when I first started using the services of virtual assistants I had to feel my way in the dark, this is not the case with you though as your success is our success and know that if you are happy with the services provided you will will recommend our services to others.

Rene Kamstra
Business Consultant

Rene Kamstra brings a unique worldview to her many roles as media personality, author, speaker, radio show host and business executive.
Born in South Africa, by Dutch parents, Ms. Kamstra is a dual Psychology and Education graduate of the University of South Africa, holds top certification from the Royal College of Music in London and now lives in New York City.
Based in Atlanta GA, Rene currently coaches and teaches businesses on 6 continents around the world. Prior to starting her own business, Rene was an Executive Master Coach for Tony Robbins and Chet Holmes “Business Breakthroughs International,” and the Director of Business Consulting for “7 Figure Speaking Empire”, where ran sales and sales training for big ticket items on a daily basis.

    Annalyn IT Project Manager

    My name is Annalyn – I am the IT project manager of Need A VA. I am handling technical related projects such as Web Hosting/Domain Management, Domain Set up, WordPress, Website Management, Sales Funnel, Email Marketing, Solo Ads, Affiliate Marketing, Social Media Marketing and SEO.

    I am also managing my own group of VA’s. Making sure every tasks of clients will be deliver according to its deadline and sending updates to make every clients updated on where we at on their projects.

    Arbie Internal Project Manager

    My name is Arbie – I am the internal project manager of Need a VA and I am the one in charge to look after clients hours and billing dates. Welcoming and informing clients of their status and remaining hours.
    I also manage client/s and projects coordinating with other project managers, making sure that the time you have with us is spent for your most prioritized needs.
    Upon choosing Need a VA, it is an assurance that hours and records of reports are compiled for referrals. Looking forward to be working with you!

    My name is Gab – senior project manager of Needa VA and I look after with new clients, conducting interviews and assist them how to get started in getting a VA.
    I help the client/s by identifying their needs and their projects. Organizing their tasks and configure how to lessen their workload.
